Thanks for partnering with LendingTree in testing the Loan Officer Connect app. We feel that together we can create an experience where loan officers like yourself can get more leads and work them more efficiently.

Please download the app for your mobile device at the appropriate link below.

 
Once downloaded, follow these simple steps:

  • Click “Log In”
  • Create an account with LendingTree by inputting your email address and creating a password
  • Click “Next” to go through the sign in process (NOTE: All steps must be completed for the app to work or leads to be delivered.)
  • Availability must be selected to complete the sign in process.  Availability is the time when you will be notified of incoming consumers.  For example, if you selected 9a – 5pm for Monday through Friday, then you would not receive any consumer information over the weekend.
  • “Push Notifications” must be enabled.  These notifications are how you will be notified of the opportunity for a transfer.  (NOTE: If they are not enabled, you will not be able to use the app or receive consumer information.)
  • Once logged in and set up complete, you are ready to start getting new prospects!  Please note that lead flow is not guaranteed, and lead volume may vary.  This is one reason that wide times of availability are helpful.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • If a consumer comes through LendingTree during a time you selected to be available, then you will receive a notification through the app on your mobile device.
  • Click on the notification and log into the app.  Once in the app, you will have the ability to see some of the consumer’s information.  This information will include requested loan amount, credit score range, loan type, and other data.
  • Upon reviewing the information, you will be able to ACCEPT or DECLINE receiving the prospect’s information.
  • If you successfully ACCEPT the lead, you will be notified the prospect is now yours to work and you will receive additional information regarding this consumer.  The additional information will include the name, email address, and phone number of the consumer.
    • NOTE:  You will only be charged for accepting and receiving the consumer’s information.
  • At this point, the consumer will also be transferred to your phone number to start the conversation about the loan process.
  • If you click ACCEPT and someone else claimed the lead, then you will not receive any additional information regarding that lead and you will not be charged for the lead.
  • If you DECLINE a lead, then you will not receive any additional information regarding that consumer.
  • You will then continue to be able to receive leads during your set availability through the app.

Loan Officer Connect allows you to set your availability to easily receive incoming leads on your time frame. Once logged in to the app, there are still ways to change your availability:
 

  • Check “Availability” on the bottom menu bar.
  • Select “Edit” in the top right corner of the Availability menu.
  • This will open the “Edit Availability” menu.
  • Select the time zone, days, and hours you are available.

The app allows you to “snooze” notifications for a specified period up to an hour.  This is perfect for pausing notifications while you are in an appointment with a client, attending a closing, or just unavailable.
 

  • Check “Availability” on the bottom menu bar.
  • Select “Edit” in the top right corner of the Availability menu.
  • This will open the “Edit Availability” menu.
  • Drag the “Snooze Notifications” bar for the time you need to the paused time (15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes)
