Jackie Zimmermann Farrar is a senior managing editor at LendingTree, leading a team of writers and editors covering small business financing and mortgages. She also works closely with our copy chief and freelance contributors.

Jackie discovered her love of all things personal finance while working at a franchise of Ameriprise Financial. Inspired by her bosses’ commitment to helping their clients better their financial future, she decided to enroll in the business journalism track at the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University — she’s been writing and editing personal finance content ever since.

After joining LendingTree in 2018 as a contributors editor, Jackie has helped lead teams across different personal finance topics, including small business, mortgages and auto loans.
