Xiomara Martinez-White is a copy editor with LendingTree. Beginning in 2018, she is one the most senior staff members of the SEO editorial team.

In her role, Xiomara has helped establish editorial standards on cultural topics as part of a discussion on tone and bias, with the aim of welcoming and respecting LendingTree’s readership

She has also collaborated on several recurring series — among them, the mortgage vertical’s first-time homebuyers series. And while this is her first professional foray into personal finance, she’s built up a font of knowledge and expertise in her years with LendingTree. 

Xiomara began in journalism as a college music writer. She has honed her craft as an editor and writer in a variety of subjects, including news, fashion and entertainment.
